En planta superior un baño con velux, plato ducha, dos habitaciones con cama 1,50 y cada una con terraza exterior y lámpara con ventilador. Hab. principal con aire acondicionado.
A 500 metros andando del paseo marítimo de la playa Bahía, con todo tipo de establecimientos y a un paso del paseo marítimo y playa de El Puerto de Mazarrón.
