This modern villa is in the popular area of Mar de Plata, Puerto de Mazarron, just a short walk from the beach, with a private pool, terraces with sea and mountain views and a high standard of accommodation throughout, including air conditioning, fast internet and WiFi. Villa Rhosa provides the perfect setting for a family holiday close to the town of Puerto de Mazarron, and the beautiful coastline of this area.
The property has a secure lockable entrance gate and a front terrace with private plunge pool with steps (not ladder) for easy access. There is space for three to four sunbeds to lounge in the sun by the side of your pool, and also a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining. Please do not move furniture to park on the front terrace as it is not designed to take the weight of a vehicle. There is plenty of parking in the road directly in front of the villa.
Entrance to the villa is by the rear door into the modern and fully equipped kitchen which has a small breakfast bar and two stools The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine. The washing machine is outside the villa.
From the kitchen, you enter into the main living area, which is spacious and has patio doors opening out onto the pool area. With aircon / heating run by a card meter system ( guests can buy additional cards from our local representative if required, but 40 euros of credit is already included in each booking) plus ceiling fans, and flyscreens throughout, the villa is therefore ideal for a holiday at all times of the year.
There is a large comfortable corner sofa, modern dining table with 6 chairs and a downstairs shower room and toilet. The flat screen TV has channels in both English and Spanish, and there is also a Playstation and selection of games for the younger members of the party to amuse themselves.
If you prefer to relax to music, there is a BOSE sound dock.
The smaller twin bedroom is also on this floor
The fly screens throughout the villa means that upstairs windows can be left open at night if required.
Heading upstairs there is a larger twin room ( a folding bed is also available in this room, suitable for a child ), a bathroom with large shower cubicle and the larger master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and it´s own en-suite bathroom, and also has a lovely small terrace off the side with a table and 2 chairs, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in the fresh air.
If you carry on up the staircase, you will arrive on the upper solarium, where there is a large dining table and lounge furniture for enjoying meals, drinks and cocktails, which can be sipped whilst watching the sun set across the bay.
This modern villa is on a small development, just a short walk from the nearest beach and with plenty of parking in the street outside.
There are bars and restaurants within a 10 to 15 minutes walk. The villa is only 5 minutes drive (or 35 minutes walk) from the beautiful yatching marina at Puerto de Mazarron, which is a fishing port and market town. Here you will find a huge variety of bars and restaurants to sample local produce and yet more Blue Flag beaches for the whole family to enjoy.
Further afield, the cities of Cartagena and Murcia are bustling, and have various sites of historical and cultural interest such as the castles, cathedrals and museums. Both cities also have great pedestrianised shopping areas.
All holidays at Villa Rhosa include a Meet and Greet Service and the services of our local representative (Spanish & English spoken) to assist with any emergencies during your stay.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed inside the villa, but is allowed on the outside terraces.
Electric vehicle charging is not provided or allowed.
Murcia International airport at Corvera is approximately 40 minutes away and Alicante airport approximately 1hour and 20 minutes.
