Overall, the experience was really good. The place was clean and the check-in instructions were pretty clearHowever, there were no instructions once I got there as to what was expected of me as a guest in that apartment, for example I didn’t know where to take my garbage or where to put my recycling. I would’ve happily stripped the bed and thrown everything in the washing machine if I hadn’t known, that was what was expected, for exampleThe biggest disappointment was that the property is advertised as having an outside pool it does not, the property is advertised is having a dryer. It does not. The dryer wasn’t a big issue, but the pool was……sometimes you just don’t wanna lug all your stuff to the beach. But the location was great, I had a small maintenance issue when I first arrived, and the owner looked after it right away, This was my first verbal experience and overall it was a four star experience.
