The key cards would not work properly and it was a hassle trying to get the door open. The AC went out in one of the rooms I booked and despite personnel going to check it, it kept going out till finally after a day they decided to move us to another room. That alone was very unpleasant to deal with since temperatures were very hot and made sleeping impossible.

i liked the location of the hotel with easy transportation options the price very cheap and the staff very friendly the rooms spacious and well furnished but... the toilet was leaking and we had to use the hotel towels to step into the bath the internet was very bad the tv was very very small and the balcony door didn't have handle neither lock we did not feel unsafe but...

The exterior seemed alright for the pricr, but upon checking in the room we reserved was not avaible and the property had not received confirmation from Travelocity at the time of booking which had been three months in advance. We had an itinerary number with no need to to confirm but obviously there was a need to confirm, which was just as well because the rooms were not to our liking at all. There were no basic amenities such as coffee maker, iron, toiletries, etc. NOTHING! The beds were very hard, I would not have wanted to put my head on those pillows, they looked liked a million people had slept on them. Didn't bother checking the sheets, we cancelled and checked out within 30 or 45 minutes after considering our options. I don't know how o

The rooms were large. Very few kitchen cooking tools. no coffee machine or pot to boil water or bedding for extra bed even though you booked for one . you have to ask for every thing.
