La Petite Maison: Tranquil Gite with Pyrenees View, Nature & Comfort in Ariège

All on one level and set in absolute peace in the heart of the Ariège countryside, "La Petite Maison" enjoys a privileged location at the meeting point of three departments: Haute-Garonne, Aude, and Ariège, with open views of the Pyrenees. Nestled on a 12-hectare property, far from any busy roads or neighbors, it offers exceptional tranquility—just the calm of the countryside. Six hectares of organic crops and a pesticide-free vegetable garden provide a preserved natural setting, surrounded by birds, small wildlife, and nature.



Numerous hiking trails for all levels start directly from the property. Private parking, ideal for remote work. The Domaine des Oiseaux, popular for nature observation, is accessible on foot via marked paths.



The gite is non-smoking, offers free Wi-Fi, is accessible for guests with reduced mobility, and can host one pet under 10 kg.



It features two rooms: a living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), a lounge with a sofa bed, TV, and library. An adjoining bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds. A bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail completes the space. Washing machine and mobile drying rack are available.



Two sunny terraces of 18.5 m² each, with views of the Pyrenees, let you enjoy the peaceful surroundings with no nearby disturbances.



At 2.5 km, a village offers all amenities: medical office, pharmacy, tobacco shop, newsstand, and stores.



On arrival, beds are made and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning is the guest’s responsibility and can be requested as an option for an extra fee.
