Superb Villa Private Pool and feet in the sea

A superb villa with a private swimming pool and a nice garden including palm and exotic trees, in a closed and secure residence built on one of the most beautiful beaches of Senegal.
All accomodations are available, including a generator.
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the villa is very quiet. It has 3 bedrooms, two with king-size beds and one with a double, with en-suite bathrooms, a mezzanine with two single beds and a work table, a living room with a large TV (65"), a fully-equipped kitchenette and closed kitchen (combined refrigerator, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, microwave oven, washing machine, gas stove, gas rotisserie, etc.).
The tropical garden and private swimming pool with shaded terrace featuring deckchairs and cocktail tables make for an enchanting setting.
Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the villa.

You'll be greeted by a housekeeper in charge of villa maintenance and household linen (towels and sheets). On request, she can cook Senegalese and European meals for a daily fee to be negociated with her.

Water and electricity consumption are not included in the price.
Water is free for stays of less than a week (06 nights). Beyond that, water consumption is charged at 10,000 FCFA (€15) per week.
For electricity, the villa's electricity meter will be read on arrival and departure, and you will be charged a supplement of 190 FCFA (€0.29) per kilowatt.
You'll also have to pay a flat fee of 5,000 CFA francs (€7.62) at the end of your stay for exit cleaning.
Considering that the high season period of 12/10 to 01/10 is particularly in demand, particularly by the local people and the hosts who spend the year-end holidays with their families, the rate is increased to CFAF 100,000, or €150. You can discuss it with the host.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. This villa also features a water dispenser and a living plant wall. The front desk is open around the clock.
