The hotel was surface clean, needs a deep clean and needs to be freshened up. You can hear everything, the door gap on the bottom is huge, we heard other guest coming and going including conversations in the room next door. The hotel is beautiful but needs some love. The bar was the best part, Eric, the bartender was fantastic. Location was good.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! I needed to check in a few hours early since I was attending a wedding at 5 PM and regular check-in wasn’t until 4 PM. The front desk went above and beyond to accommodate me, and I was so thankful they made it happen. The room was beautiful, and strolling around the hotel truly felt like a vacation within a vacation. I’d recommend this hotel again and again—and I’ll definitely be back!

My room was not cleaned thoroughly when I walked in. There was trash in the bins, including the luggage tags from the previous guests. A used hand towel has on the bathroom counter, and the pillows were arranged in a way that looked like someone had come in and napped in the bed. House keeping may have been by, but they did not take the trash from the looks of it and it looked like someone had used the room after. I let the front desk know, and they offered a new room but the view was not as optimal. They had housekeeping come and provide fresh towels and replaced the bedding. Other than this first stumble, my stay was good. I enjoy coming to this hotel and want to come back again. I just hope this does not happen again.
