La Copa is where I stay when I am visiting my family in McAllen in South Texas. It is next to the La Plaza mall with amazing shops, especially good around Black Friday sales and a varied food hall. One member of staff that stood out was Hector who was night manager when I arrived. Due to multiple delays on American Airlines we got the McAllen at 11:45 pm and by the time we got our luggage is was well past midnight and THERE WERE NO TAXIS! I called the hotel and spoke to Hector saying I was stuck at the airport and he arranged an Uber car to collect me on his account. I was collected in less than 15 minutes and eventually got to the hotel very late but safely! My room was very clean and comfortable. Thanks again to Hector!

Pésima atención en el servicio del recepcionista de turno nocturno y la gerente sinvergüenza que nos invitó a hospedarnos en otro hotel. Eso políticamente no se hace y no nos dieron habitación en planta baja cuando en su momento solicité esto porque no puedo subir escaleras. Había muchísimas habitaciones en planta baja desocupadas y nos mandaron a las más lejanas. No vuelvo a hospedarme ahí
