Reservé con anticipación mi hospedaje esperando recibir atención en planta baja, pues la mayor parte del tiempo tienen fuera de servicio el elevador y en una diversa visita por subir al 3 piso sufrí una hemorragia, la atención del personal fue poco empatoca pues me dijo que solo había en 3 er piso y a un huésped previo que pagó en el momento me hospedo en el 2 piso

Though the room was okay, the elevator at the hotel was broken. It would be nice that hotel gave you a travelers size toothpaste and shampoo. The only thing included is soap.
