Only 2 things caused this 3 rating: 1) the shower only got lukewarm. It wasn't one of those complicated showers with multiple levers etc. just turn the water full on and pull the pin up to bypass to the shower. I let it run for over 10 minutes hoping it would change:/! 2) At check-in Omar the manager does out on Jonathan w when there was a line but 2 terminals available. If the 2nd were down, a simple, hey this station is down but Jonathan will move quickly, or the like. They were chewing the fat when we came in but he billed when he saw a line forming....

Do not recommend staying here.

In need of a refurbishment. The lobby looked great, but the outside and the rooms were rough. Our room had a musty smell and a haphazardly repaired ceiling to indicate the room had suffered water damage recently. The bathroom doorknob was literally falling off. Had to get our room keys "reprogramed" everyday. The elevators tended to start moving before the doors closed. Rooms had absolutely no soundproofing, so we heard everything, from the honeymoon couple on the floor above us to the literal hundreds of kids staying for a soccer tournament.

Comfy beds. Clean. Great breakfast. Only drawbacks: Shower water didn’t get warmer past lukewarm on the first morning. The second morning was better. Would be great if there were self-serve coffee and/or water near the lobby area like many other hotels nearby.
