The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean/wash anything that gets used in the kitchen and/or the outdoor grilling area including used charcoal.
Set the AC to 77, turn off all lights and TVs. Turn off AC in the game room. Ensure back door is locked. To lock the front door, touch the keypad to activate, tap lock icon, check that it's locked.
Please remove all trash and place in the bins that are on the curb in front of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
