Outdoors, your private oasis includes a screened-in porch, a spacious deck, a hot tub under the stars, a firepit for slow evenings, and peaceful woodland trails right outside your door.

Thoughtfully designed for two, the cabin can comfortably accommodate up to four guests with a pull-out sofa bed. Whether you're celebrating something special or simply seeking stillness, The Briar House offers a stay that’s anything but ordinary.

This 38 acre property is host to 3 cabins. You have access to trails that other guests can also use. The Briar House does share a driveway with The Hollow House but has its own parking and seclusion.

The driveway requires 4WD/AWD to navigate in inclement weather and we recommend 4WD/AWD in winter months regardless as the roads around Hocking Hills are all curvy and hilly.
During your stay at this cabin, you'll be within walking distance of Wayne National Forest Athens Unit. Features include a hot tub and laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a jetted tub in the cabin.

Incredible!

The woods and birds are so amazing, and this is one of the most spacious 1 bedroom rentals we've stayed in, especially with the screened-in porch! Also the proximity to the winery/vineyards was such a great feature. We will definitely be back!
