Matt hadgreat communication with me. Did great. One thing we felt a little un comfortable about is the ring camera above the hot tub, would be nice to have some privacy. I understand the concern with security. But over the hot tub is a little excessive, i know its not directed at the tub but makes someone feel uneasy. With that said, we had a great time, wish the wall had coat hooks or some sort of hanger for coats or jackets. We will be back soon
