Lower Patio: Additional outdoor seating on concrete patio. Great place to hang up the fishing gear or dry off before a night out

• We supply a starter supply of two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels.

• Furry friends are welcome! We love dogs and are happily DOG FRIENDLY. We just ask no more than 2 dogs w/out approval. Please no cats due to allergies.

• The entire exterior of the property is treated with scheduled pest management. With that being said, the property is in the mountains, so an occasional bug sighting comes with the territory.
