Check-in was very frustrating. I did not receive clear instructions ahead of time and ended up waiting about an hour after arrival before I could access the property. I had to contact Vrbo customer service to resolve the issue.Communication throughout the stay was inconsistent. There were no instructions provided for basic things like trash disposal, which created unnecessary confusion. I also had work-related packages delivered during my stay that were time-sensitive, and there were delays in getting them, which impacted my schedule.Additionally, there were dogs on the property roaming freely that would approach the vehicle closely upon arrival. This created an uncomfortable situation when pulling in, as they were getting very close to the car while in motion and no one was present to manage them.I was also charged 300 for a very small dent in the wall (about the size of a coin), which felt excessive for the level of damage.The property itself was fine, but the overall experience could have been much smoother with clearer communication and better coordination.
