The first place in bldg. 4 was terrible cleanliness the second room was also not cleaned great… But the 3rd time because we complained and said we were not happy they put us in one of the Villas… amazing very clean and all around great place. I will only stay in a villa anytime I visit again. I enjoyed myself this weekend

Cool place to visit with a lot of things to do. Staff was great and overall facilities were a bit dated/old but clean. Food options were ok at the resort but it was nothing to write home about. Probably better off taking the short ride to Harrisonburg.

People coming to ski took all the spots in the hotel lot. There was no ramp to access the lower level no luggage carts no elevator. The stairs and ramps were covered in ice. Extremely inconvenient. The pushy employee at check in trying to get us to do the time share tour didn’t want to take no for an answer. Not the best experience.. on top of that my son fell getting on the lift and got drug to a nearly 8 foot drop and fell into a snow mound fortunately and then the lift attendants still didn’t notice everyone yelling and 5-6 more lift chairs went over top of him and he almost got hit by skis and boards. NOT HAPPY.

Needs update. But good.
