Historic Sadie's Log Cabin

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly log cabin located "in town". This cabin was re-located to it's current location, in 1987, from Wexford, IA. Built in 1842, by John Downs. Downs' stepdaughter Sadie inherited the cabin and lived there until she was 92. We now call it Aunt Sadie's Cabin in her memory. It now has modern conveniences like running water, electricity, and an indoor bathroom, with a jacuzzi tub/shower. Also, enjoy the real wood fireplace during the colder months.
During your stay at this property, you're just a quick walk from Mississippi River. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a fireplace and a TV in the accommodation.
