Cozy Condo - a charming 3 bedroom retreat in a lakefront community at the heart of Deep Creek Lake. Perfectly situated just minutes from skiing, dining, shops, and all the area's top attractions. The main floor features a kitchen, dining area for family meals, and a cozy living room with a fireplace—perfect for gathering after a day on the slopes or the water. A half bath and walkout access to the spacious deck provide a great spot to unwind while taking in peaceful views of the lake and mountains. Upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom and three inviting bedrooms: one with two twin beds, one with a queen bed, and a primary bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a friends' getaway, there's plenty of room for everyone. With lake access steps away and Wisp Resort just around the corner, Cozy Condo is your home base for four-season fun at Deep Creek Lake. This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). This home does not internet or air conditioning. Max. parking spaces is 2.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. No pets allowed in any home that is not specifically listed as Pet Friendly.

WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies, beach towels. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for home's max occupancy.) ​​​​​​​

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].
