Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-Out Instructions: 1. Place used towels in the laundry basket in each room. 2. Wash any used dishes and start the dishwasher. 3. Return TV remotes to the TV stand.
4. Please reset the thermostat to 74 degrees Fahrenheit. If your unit has a fireplace, please turn it off. 5. Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
6. Lock the front door (access code will deactivate 15 minutes after check-out time). 7. Leave the parking pass on the table by the entrance. The condo association charges a $250 fee if its lost.
