A cute little two bedroom, one bathroom house that sleeps 4 comfortably and is handicap accessible. Nestled behind our other property #3441736. Right in the heart of middle Tennessee, plenty of entertainment is close by: Rock Island State Park(17mi), Cumberland Caverns(11mi), Fall Creek Falls State Park(39mi), ISHA(20mi), Savage Gulf(26mi). Kayaking the Barren Fork is also very popular. Local stores and restaurants are in close proximity.

On arrival you will find an open living/dining room and a fully stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. Smart tv's in each bedroom and living room are equipped with all the latest apps and youtube tv is provided(otherwise be sure to have your own login). Home is equipped with 1 gig of internet, so streaming, or online work will be no issue. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Black House. Laundry facilities are available. The vacation home offers a kitchen and a TV.

Lack of items in our place.

Needed more lighting in bathroom, especially around sink. There was no plug outlet around sink for the use of blow dryer. The mirror on the back of bathroom door served no purpose. No place to place makeup bag in bathroom. We had to leave on the floor. Had to ask for addition wash clothes. Five for two people for four days was not enough. However, more was brought to us. Why were there no towel bars to hang wet towels? Where were we to put our towels when we hopped into shower? No mirrors in either bedrooms. How about supplying games, pens, paper, cards, and town info like restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Where does one hang their clothes in the bedrooms? We had to bring chairs from dining room to each bedroom for our suitcases.

Restful quiet retreat

Need a few things. A hall tree and hangers would be helpful. A broom would have been helpful. Need more than one roll of toilet paper. Had a few problems with insects.

Perfect Two Bedroom Oasis

This little house is perfect! While unloading my car a deer ran by to greet me. ♥️ The house has everything you need to enjoy time away or if you were like me, getting ready for a wedding at a nearby venue. I would recommend this listing to anyone staying in the McMinnville area. The hostess is super sweet. You will not be disappointed.
