This is our last stay in November 2017 "between Cabo and Tetouan"


Beautiful apartment, bright, immaculate condition, on the 3rd and last floor with elevator in a small residence with guard 24/24.
Ideal for a couple with 2 children.
Well equipped: with air conditioning and heating, new appliances, television with French and Arabic channels, furniture made by a craftsman Chefchaouen.
Terrace overlooking the M'diq mountain and wrought iron furniture and zeal for meals.
Large pool with 2 pools in the middle of green areas and flowers.
Private parking in the basement of the residence.
Well located: opposite the Mediterranean Club Cabo Negro, a few minutes walk from the beach and the Royal Golf.
Many possible activities:
- cultural (guided tours of the medina of Tetouan to do! Tangier, Chefchaouen 50km, M'diq the fishing town and summer residence of the King within 10km.
- sports (golf, scuba diving, horse riding, cycling).
- and of course, beaches, strolls on the ledge along the beach Cabo to Maril. Many restaurants for all budgets, from the 'Market table' as in Saint Tropez to chicken grilled a few euros.
Rental car recommended, but large taxis station and bus stop 2 min. walk.

Super séjour a quelquenpas de la mer

Nous avons passĂ© 13 jours dans un appartement meublĂ© et climatisĂ©. Cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e avec lave linge tres pratique pour une famille. A quelque pas de la mer (8min a pieds) garage en sous sol pour la voiture et acces direct a l'ascenseur. Je recommande +++. Les contacts sur place sont accessible et telement adorable. Je pourait en parler des heures. Sans parler su climat qui est telement doux la ville tres propres... je m'arrĂȘte la mais je recommande vraiment. Merci Ă  vous

Merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines inoubliables dans l'appartement de Jacqueline et nous sommes tombĂ©s amoureux de cet appartement et de cet endroit. L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, amĂ©nagĂ© avec le goĂ»t, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, propre et avec une trĂšs bonne aura. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous lĂ -bas. La rĂ©sidence dispose d'un trĂšs beau jardin avec piscine et une vue magnifique sur mer. Et surtout, il y a une place dans le garage juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'ascenseur. La plage est Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied de la rĂ©sidence. Il y a 2 Ă©piceries Ă  proximitĂ© oĂč vous pouvez acheter tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Dans l’épicerie sur le chemin de la plage, le matin il y a du pain frais et des croissants. Cet endroit est parfait pour les familles avec les enfants. Notre fils y a trouvĂ© beaucoup d'amis lĂ -bas. Nous remercions monsieur Hicham pour l'accueil chaleureux et sa rĂ©activitĂ© et le personnel de la rĂ©sidence pour leur service. Jacqueline, un grand merci pour la possibilitĂ© de se dĂ©tendre et de se ressourcer. Nous aimerions beaucoup revenir chez vous et rĂ©pĂ©ter nos vacances.

Bel appartement correspondant au descriptif. Accueil sympathique et disponible de la part de Fouad. L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la région de Tetouan et la cÎte nord. Appartement propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Malheureusement, la terrasse qui sert Ă  prendre les repas donne sur une route (la vue pas terrible) et les passants frequents ne sont pas discrets. Nous aurions prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© avoir la terrasse cĂŽtĂ© piscine. Bon sĂ©jour quand mĂȘme.

Séjour excellent dans une résidence super bien entretenu

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans un appartement trĂšs propre et bien entretenu avec une dĂ©coration atypique. TrĂšs joli appartement tout le confort y est prĂ©sent. La rĂ©sidence est t'es bien entretenu gardien 24/24 idem pour le parking. Un maĂźtre nageur prĂ©sent Ă©galement. TrĂšs belle plage qui est acceccessible Ă  pied. Parfait pour un sĂ©jour en famille. pour sortir se divertir manger ect Mdiq et fnideq sont acceccessible en voiture a 10minites. Chefchaouane est Ă  environ 1h est surtout Ă  faire car c'est juste magnifique. Un vĂ©hicule est tout de mĂȘme nĂ©cessaire pour pouvoir se dĂ©placer or de la rĂ©sidence sinon il ya des taxis. Nice, familiar apartment

The contact with the owner is very good, we got all informations in detail which we asked for. The contact at the apartment was also very nice. It's a familiar apartment, with everything you need, very nice and safe arear. 24h security, parking garage and a elevator. Cabo Negro is also a strategic place to see the whole area (Martil, Tetouan, Mdiq, Fnedeq etc.). We booked the apartment for 5 days and we had a very nice time.
