We had a good time. But if you are a lake house you need to be able to get in the lake. Ladder broken on dock and then only in the notes at location are we told you don’t recommend swimming at dock but should drive miles to a state park. Kind of a bait and switch.

Great location, house was very nice and clean, floor had some unevenness in a few locations but no issues, microwave and oven a little on the older side but worked great. The lock box didn’t work had to contact host and they responded very quickly. Boat dock was nice just need to be careful going down to it due to the slope. Handrails and decking are stable.

Fishing Excursion for a 13 Year Old

My son loves to fish. What better way to celebrate his 13th birthday than by taking him somewhere that he can fish all day and all night. We enjoyed our stay. Overall it was a nice home. It as clean and being able to walk down the ramp to the lake everyday was priceless. We were able to catch a couple of catfish and saw a couple of fishermen on a boat catch a couple of fish as well. We will be sure to return the next time we want an on the lake experience.

Texhoma trip 2024

Great place for our family. Host is very easy to work with. Love the fact I can walk out the backyard and be on my boat in less than 2 mins. Boat slip was the best part of the property. I have a 22’ pontoon and it had plenty of room for it. Will be back in the spring!

Great Weekend Retreat

We had our family and a few friends and had a great weekend. Right on the lake and what a bonus to have a boat dock to park the boat and sea doo's. We will defiantly come back. Manager was super responsive and communicated anytime we had a question.

Best cabin great neighborhood

This beautiful little cabin is fantastic for a small family getaway... the cabin is set up perfectly for those who might like space away from little ones as the beautifully remodeled master is on one side of the home while the guest rooms are on the opposite side.. .the kitchen, dining & living room are wide open spaces for you to enjoy each other. Having dock access was wonderful. We took our daughter & grandkids & had the best vacation. Will book again!

Nice lakefront property

Excellent communication with Sarah. Very responsive and accommodating. Property is in a great spot and we really enjoyed the boat dock and quiet cove. The house is older, but the inside has been updated and is clean/well kept with nice bathrooms, furniture, bedding, ext.. The house has some issues (awkward layout, sliding patio doors very old and hard to open, some wood rot and foundation issues) and is overdue on some repairs. But these issues are easily overlooked for a visitor. The covered rear deck is large and was a favorite place to hang out. Overall, a nice place to relax at Texoma.

Beautiful Property

Our family had a blast on our stay! The house is beautiful as well as the view. The neighbors were friendly and peaceful. We grilled, fished, fed the turtles, played games, explored the nearby parks and town. The communication back and forth between the property management company was great too.
