Tiny House Nestled Between Meaford & Thornbury

Tiny house located behind main house in rural residential neighborhood. Completely self sufficient with minimalistic kitchen (toaster oven, hot plates, mini fridge) and 3 piece bathroom including bath tub.

Tucked in some trees but also surrounded by farmland.
There are fire pits assessable during summer/spring and fall. A pool for summer usage (June-September). In the winter we are close to blue mountain and private ski hills as well as some x country ski trails.
The Tinyhouse is TINY (10 by 12 downstairs and upstairs plus full-size bathroom:). But it is good for tall people with over 8foot ceiling heights. The road is a residential road but surrounded by farmland. It is a very safe area. There are no road lights so it gets dark at night which is great for star gazing. Meaford and Thornbury are 10 minutes away each. The Tinyhouse is located to the left of the main house. The backyard is shared usage. I live there full-time with my small family. Happy to engage and happy to give as much privacy as possible.
During your stay at this cabin, you'll be close to Memorial Park. The cabin includes amenities such as a kitchenette and a patio.

During extreme weather (snow, wind) please give me as much heads up when you come and go. Between plows, drifts, etc., I try to keep everything as clear as possible.
Please wash your dishes, leave door open and keys where you found them, leave linens as is, and leave garbage inside (or in the garbage bin on driveway). Charge LED light if you used them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not move fire pits and do not use gasoline to start fires outdoors.
Please turn off supplemental heat sources when you leave: electric fireplace and space heater.
Please make sure pets and additional guests are registered.
