Good stuff Hotel’s ambiance was so good. Really welcoming and friendly staff. Iftar buffet was great. Variety of different cuisine. Very close to Haraim. Things to improve -It was really noisy because of construction work going on at night and traffic all day and night. Our room was not really clean. - Bathroom was dirty. Dust and fluff were sticking to our feet. Not enough toiletries in bathroom for 2 people. Bin exhibited rust wet marks. - Wood floor in room was broken and kept snagging on feet and slippers. Room was dirty as was carpet and curtains. - Lifts were really hard to get, had to wait for 15/20 with wheelchair.

The room was basic but met our needs. The shower and toilet however was awful, very old and dated and shower was so small if you are big you cannot get in and the hot water only lasts 6mins. The location is good and 15 mins to walk to haram.

Good location, okay price.

The overall experience was good considering the price and location. The hotel needs to maintain the rooms better. We booked 4 rooms and 3 of the rooms had broken bathroom doors and the shower doors were broken. The mattress were dirty. Room cleaning was really bad as we had to tell the person again and again to clean.
