One of the most reasonably priced hotels that is within walking distance from Al-Haram. The rooms are small and so are the restrooms but the rooms are comfortable. I wouldnt waste money on the breakfast as there are plenty of options around Al-Haram that offer cheaper and way better breakfast plus it gives you more flexibility because you arent locked into a certain window to grab breakfast. The staff was really helpful and room service was quick. We could find a cab pretty much anytime and everytime we needed it. The only drawback was their elevator, it was a nightmare to find an elevator that was operational during peak times. The other drawback was that the hotel didnt offer laundry service. We had to find a laundry place nearby to survive.

About 500 meters from new extension of Haram but quite challenging for elderly to walk as you have to walking uphill for about 200 metres

Distance to haram a bit of challenge ,uphill task

All very good about the stay and hotel facilities but it is mentioned on hotel site that it is 7 minutes away from haram , that is absolutely false claim . Actually one needs to cross busy two way road and walk uphill for quite a while ( about 15 minutes) to reach haram boundary.

Awful stay

I had a terrible—absolutely terrible—experience. The windows provide zero sound isolation from outside noise. I was given two rooms with windows, and it turned out to be the worst hotel experience of my life. You can either hear the sound of construction or the constant honking of car horns, as the hotel is located on a busy street. There is absolutely no chance a sane person could sleep here.

Ok but not the best.

What service you got depended on who worked at the time. Some of the staff were really serviceminded and good but others were not. For example I was told that I would get help getting a taxi in the morning. The staff in the evening just said yeah you just go out there and get one. The room could be cleaner for 4 stars hotel.

I have booked for 1 night from the U.S then need to extend 1 more night . However, they charged me way higher than initial booking for over stay. In addition, I have paid full in cash for additional night and received the receipt for full paid . Later on they told me, I have still 100 SAR due , I did not understand what they are saying. Later on they locked my room before I checked out . They eventually charged me that 100 sar . It was a very bitter experience I ever had with hotel stay. We come here for forgiveness and repentance to GOD but these people take the chance of our vulnerable situation. I consider that as charity but the disturbance they gave me during stay that is unprecedented.
