Deceptive Practices and Poor Quality

Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment, and it failed to meet even basic expectations for a 4-star establishment. Pros: The room was spacious, offering plenty of space to move around. The bed was comfortable, providing a decent sleep experience. Cons: Cleanliness was severely lacking. Dirty walls, dusty windows, and unwashed curtains made the room feel unhygienic. The furniture was old and worn out, and the wallpapers were torn, giving the room a neglected and rundown appearance. Basic amenities like an iron were not provided, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 4-star. Room service was slow and unprofessional, making it more of a hassle than a convenience. There was no English-speaking staff at the reception. Only the manager could communicate in English, but he was rarely available, leading to constant miscommunication and frustration. Deceptive Practices: The breakfast situation was a complete letdown. We paid a substantial amount in advance for a buffet breakfast, but upon arrival, there was no buffet at all. Instead, they only offered an in-room breakfast with a limited Arabic menu, which was not what was advertised. We canceled breakfast from the second day onwards, but it took multiple exhausting contacts with the staff to get only 20% of the paid amount refunded. This was incredibly frustrating and felt like a scam. This hotel is falsely marketed as a 4-star property, but in reality, it meets 2-star standards.

Here is my experience with Concorde Mina Hotel: 1. Wifi is not working in the room. You should go down to the lobby. 2. Room service is average. 3. Reception is below average. 4. Hotel services are below average. For example, not laundry, you need to take your cloths and look for laundry outside the hotel, then go back to collect them. 5. Breakfast buffet is average.

Why do people love to moan!

I don't know what the previous guests reviews were moaning about. Great hotel and more importantly great value for money considering I only paid £21 a night for two people. The hotel was very Clean, comfortable nice and quite. Above all the air conditioning was good Quality 2 and I would definitely comeback again!!. مستوى الاداره سيئ ويوجد تفرقه بتعامل بين التزلاء ويتم تقديم خدمات للقروبات بشكل مميز والنزلاء العاديين يتم تقديم اسواء الخدمات من ناحية الاكل او الغرف او الخيارات المتاحه اعتبر الفندق بتعامله معي سئ جدا وخاصه الاداره المصرية وتبجحهم ومعامللة اقربأهم من الزوار بشكل جيد الخدمات لهم والاشخاص او النزلاء الفرد يتم تجاهلهم وعدم الاهتمام بهم كذلك الحجز من خلال الموقع لايتم اخبارك بالخدمات الموجوده الى بعد قيامك بالحجز ودفع المبلغ ومن ذلك عدم وجود مواقف للسياره وكذلك وجود وجبة سحور وليس افطار مع العلم اني حاولة تغيير الخيار مع الاداره المصريه ورفضت بشكل قاطع يريدون اعطئنا ماتبقى من الافطار ويقدم لنا في وجبة السحور وفعلا تم ذالك اداره فاشله ويتم توصيل الجالية التركيه بباصات خاصه الى منطقة الحرم ومعامله خاصه متوفر بها كل شئ حتى المسجد يكون شبه خاص بهم ونحن يتم توصيلنا الى منطقة النقل الجماعي لكي نذهب للحرم من هناك فعلا اداره الفندق مصريه فاشله وخاصة مدير الحجوزات الذي يوجد به غرور وتكبر وتغطرس ويعتقد بان الكلام المعسول يغني عن تقديم الخدمه الاداره في الفندق ليست مؤهله ولا تعي اسلوب الاداره الفندقيه والمرونه والقيام بسؤالى الف مره عن نوع حجزي وعن الموقع وكذلك عدم اعطائي غرفتين متجاورتين انا ورفيقى بالسفر علم انني انا الذي حجزت ودفعت المبلغ لشخصين لك واحد غرفه خاصه به وتم اعطائي غرفه بالدور الرابع وصديقي تم اعطائه غرفه بالدور الخامس وكذلك وجودي وانتظاري لمده ساعه كامله بين تاكيد حجزي وتوفير غرفه لى ونقاشي بعد رغبتي بالسحور وابداله بالغطور ومع ذالك تم تجاهل طلبي وارهاقي وتضييع وقتي بطول الانتظار وتسبب بحالة مزاجية متكدره طول اقامتي
