- Two flies greeted us when we opened our room! - Room is mixed with different type of power outlets, even their provided hair dryer doesn’t fit into those outlets. - They are promoting their room as suite but it’s no where near a suite. There is a tv stand that they use to create separate areas but actually it’s a single room. - Bathroom is so tiny that you can hit the door when you use the toilet. - Elevators are faulty, the card detector doesn’t work all the time. Stay away from this property, there are better options.

Horrible service! Front desk shows very caring at the beginning then once checked in they forget the guest. It’ll take forever for the front desk to answer the phone, once answered communicating in English is even more difficult. Shower doors were not closing properly and floors were wet at all times. Chose this hotel for easy commute to haram which was worth it. Housekeeping staff was excellent very understanding, caring and prompt so the only good thing about the stay was the commute to the Haram and the housekeeping staff
