Our stay at voco Makkah by IHG was excellent. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well organized. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. The shuttle service to the Haram was well managed and convenient. Facilities are great, and the hotel offers very good value for money compared to other options in Makkah. Highly recommended for Umrah visitors looking for comfort, cleanliness, and quality service.

Very poor internet and highly unprofessional behavior from the staff. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable during my stay. When I reported that the tea kettle was already broken, the staff first accused me of damaging it. Although they eventually replaced it, they then warned me that I would have to pay if the replacement broke as well. This interaction was humiliating and made me feel disrespected as a guest.
