It’s really great hotel with great customer service. It’s almost 30 minutes walk from Kaaba. Shuttle service available but it’s ok not bad. For Friday prayers you have to take texi after 10 am . Overall good experience

Excellent hotel, very good service. Walking to Haram is approximately 20 mins down one main road or you can get the free shuttle bus which runs regularly to drop you to Haram as well as collect you.
