Think I will look elsewhere next time in town.

Not goid service, uncomfortable bed, no fan in the bathroom so forget looking in rhe mirror after your shower. No cleaning was done after our first night. Requested towels and was told they were in the dryer and she would bring them up. Never came so we had to go to the desk. Had to have our room key reset three times, was told it eas due to us having our cards next to rechnilogy, laughable. I have no technology in my wallet and my phone does not even fit in my purse. Air conditioner is loud and goes on and offl night, if you are s light sleeper this is a problem.

This was a decent property, the room was clean, easy free parking. There is no hairdryer which is not a big deal but I like hotel providing them. The breakfast also did not open until 7am on Sunday morning and we had to be at the farm show complex by 7am so it would have been nice to have that open up earlier as I know other chains do. Overall I would recommend

Ehh, could have been better. Not the worst though.

It was a decent hotel. Nice area. Checked out a day early due to weather. No one at the front desk when i checked out (Sunday about 9) to take my key cards, only a small box to drop it in. Most hotels will refund the remainder of the stay but I guess this is not the case with Holiday Inn Express hotels.

Front desk little to be desired.

Hotel clean with great breakfast. Room only cleaned 1 out of 5 days which was fine. But when we asked for clean towels we were met with blank looks from front desk. And never saw the towels. Front desk employees need to be replaced!

Needs some work

Overall it was not terrible but it needed some updates for sure! The upholstery in the suite we stayed in was worn. The wooden furniture was beat up and some outlets didn’t work. To get ice you had to go all the way down to the lobby from the 5th floor. The staff was nice and welcoming though! The breakfast was the same everyday which got old when staying multiple nights. Changing it up on the food options would have been appreciated. Equipment in the gym was broken so that was a bummer for those of us wanting to work out while on vacation. Considering what I paid I was disappointed for sure!

Very convenient. Eady off/on highway with grocery store & restaurant nearby. Our room was spacious & super clean. Comfy beds plenty of towels.great, friendly staff. Some noise through the walls but it didn't impact our sleep. We'd definitely stay here again.
