Some rooms have No hot water we did except for 1 afternoon. They do not provide face cloths, tissues, telephone in room, they use What’s App for communication, only 3 hangers in closet only minor overall a nice place

Fantastic hotel in a pretty quiet party of Medellin. Close to the CES University. Has an amazing terrace restaurant that overlooks the larger Medellin area… really amazing 5-star views - I can’t stress that enough. The food was good, but they had only just opened the restaurant 3 days before we got there. Beautiful rooms that were absolutely clean. A little odd entry - you walk into a small vestibule and then take the elevator up to reception. Not a real issue, just a bit different. Definitely staying here next time we come.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazing! Location though it sits on top of the hill quite a ways from el plobado. Going down is easy but going back up easier to take a taxi. Overall great experience!
