Nice location

Great location close to Oviedo mall. I had some issues with the washer and there’s no dryer as advertised. Blender and toaster didn’t work but Laura replaced those right away so I thank her for that. It has air conditioning which is a must in that part of Medellin

Luxurious, comfortable long-term stay with fast wifi!

My fiance and I stayed here for 6 weeks and we had the most magical time in Medellin. We came work remotely so fast wifi was a priority for us, and the entire time we had no issues even when we were on video calls at the same time. Everyone was so jealous of when I'd be on camera on the balcony and they saw the incredible mountain views in the background. As a New Yorker, this apartment was MASSIVE. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, walk in closets, a huge balcony.. - it was heaven! You can watch Netflix on the TV in the living room. Rappi delivers to the building although the only thing is security doesn't let up the delivery people so you have to go downstairs to pick it up. I cannot emphasize how beautiful the view is! I was on the balcony working or eating everyday. The area is wonderful too- check out San Buenolos right underneath the apartment for delicious pandebonos, bocadillos, and papa rellanas. We had them almost everyday! Tons of restaurants walking distance and the Oviedo mall is only a few blocks away. If you're looking to walk to the adorable Provenza neighborhood, it's fantastic- about 20-25 minutes. Absolutely book your stay here!!

The apartment was very clean and modern. The balcony was really nice too, able to see the entire city. It was close enough to the city but quiet enough for sleep. Close to restaurants, bars, and supermarket.
