Home ARIS Apartments 401 is located in the best area of the Center of Medellín: Avenida la Playa. It is in a charming building from the 70s, which is completely remodeled. It has a patio between the rooms and a balcony that fill the apartment with natural light and outdoors. The atmosphere is calm, fresh and well lit. It is perfect for couples, families, students, adventurers or entrepreneurs.
The place is very central, with cultural attractions such as the Casa de la Memoria Museum, the Pablo Tobón Uribe Theater, the Placita de Florez, the Bicentennial Park, the Boston Park and the Ayacucho Tram, minutes away. El Poblado and Parque Lleras are 10 minutes away by taxi, but the main attractions are within walking distance. It is an area of much movement and charming places to discover.
