Hotel Art Medellin: Mehr als entäuschend!!

1. Unhaltbare lange Wartezeit (40 min.) beim einchecken! 2. Erstes Zugewiesenes Zimmer in 1. Etage: Zimmer dunkel, Storen nicht zu öffnen, Fensteröffner defekt! 3. Neues Zimmer in 3. Etage: Duschebrause und Lavabo verkalkt. Seifenablage Halterung lose, Badewanne schmutzig, Brausehalterung defekt, Kein heisses, nur lauwarmes Wasser zum Duschen, Baden und Lavabo (auch nach langen laufen lassen)! Empfangshalle, Reception: und alle Räumlichkeiten schwarz und sehr dunkel gehalten, Offenbar soll das Kunst bedeuten. Für mich wirkt das Hotel kalt und unfreundlich. Ein paar bunte Blumen an verschiedenen Stellen hätten einiges verbessert. Schöne Dachterasse zum Frühstück und Bar. Leider ist Bar nach 21H Abends geschlossen. Einziger Plusspunkt. Frühstücks-und Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

good situation but noisy

the hotel is a very nice boutique hotel style the situation is good and bad . very good because near Parque Lleras (300m) but also very noisy due to a discotheque in front and some noisy customers at night . Receptionist could be more comercial do not expect an early check-in .
