Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, the breakfast set up, and the breakfast staff were amazing. Our stay exceeded our expectations. We would definitely consider staying again if returning to the area. It is in a very convenient location walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and other places.

hotel have perfect location, with perfect and very nice and safe area, however , room doesnt have at least a mini refrigeraton and ice is only located at lobby floor, rooms are small for the price and beds terrible , pillows and mattres poor quality, and breakfast was also poor for hotel price and staff at breakfast was rude and with very poor atention and rushing to close, and when turist ask for simple things like eggs they get mad and answer in a very rude manner, im very dissapointed and doesnt plan to come back, terrible experience in pereira and medellin too this vacation

Great place in medellin

It was really nice located and the people were very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean and continental breakfast is good but theres a coffeeshop downstairs that makes great breakfasts as well.

The room is small. It does not have a refrigerator, an electric water kettle, or a microwave. The safe does not work. Staff was called but it was not fixed at all. While the lobby staff are nice, some can’t speak English. They don’t have receipt in English, which is inconvenient for work travel reimbursement process.
