The hotel is gorgeous.. but they send me to a blow dry place that charged me $150,000 pesos for it. The bar manager charged me $5000 pesos for every drink i had. They started construction in the hotel at 8am .. impossible to rest … No the best experience … but the place its worth to try ..

Restaurant was over rated. Italian restaurant was too salty, not a good Italian food. Upstairs had a19 course dinner, small plates of food that I didn’t care about that much! We were told to wash our hands with chocolate we got up and left for a real restaurant that brings a plate of food at once! Hotel was awesome

Excellent property in the heart of El Poblado. The meals at El Cielo - the restaurant in the hotel is one of the best meals I've had in my whole life. Highly recommend!!
