The hotel was lovely—great location and amazing complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately while we were there, there was an issue in the neighborhood which caused us to lose hot water and WiFi. We were not able to use the jacuzzi due to this nor the TV which only operated on WiFi.

Perfect location close to everything, the staff was very approachable and friendly. The chef was amazing honestly made great breakfast to order. As far as the room, it’s perfect in size although I traveled alone it had everything I needed. The rooms are somewhat sound proof and although close to the clubs; it was quiet enough to knock out without a problem. The shower always had hot water and the AC was great. It’ll be my official place to stay whenever visiting Medellín.

The staff was nice and friendly. The room was not what I expected. It said queen sized but it was a full. Lights went off and the AC was not working much. If you can’t sleep with loud noise I don’t recommend it’s near the clubs and bars. Also it’s a sketchy area as that’s where certain things are located… if you catch my drift. Breakfast was good. Only stayed one night and decided to leave to Envigado. The refund policy is not great as I wasn’t refunded for the day and nights I wasn’t there.

This is a great boutique hotel right next to the heart of the action in Poldo Medellin. This means that people party outside of your hotel until three or 4 o’clock in the morning. However, I found that the separation is good enough that it is not a problem. It may be for some people. But the employees are fantastic. The breakfast is fantastic. The bed is super comfortable with real hot water and modern equipment everywhere.
