Outstanding. If you’re looking for a loud party centered hotel-this is not the place. If you’re looking for a well maintained, quiet, sophisticated hotel with full amenities for a family, this is it. Excellent customer service. Beautiful 2 bed, 3ba apt with washer. Restaurant, spa, gym, nice pool. Beautiful views, blocks from shopping mall. Everything was great but the highlight is truly the staff.

Excellent property. Very safe area. A short walk to shopping and basic necessities. A quick taxi ride to El Poblado. The staff at the hotel were excellent, very helpful making arrangements for us. Would definitely stay here when visiting Medellin again.

Phenomenal property. Excellent staff. The pool is warm. They heat the jacuzzi upon request. Sauna. Steam room. Restaurant on site. To top it off, the suites are fabulous. Great stay for a good price close to all happenings.

One bedroom suite with full kitchen, washing machine. Only thing that was missing was a dishwasher. Property very safe and secure with gate/guard service. Friendly front desk and wait staff. If you want to use amenities like hot tub, must give advance notice so it can be heated. Breakfast buffet was great. Did not eat at restaurant as I decided to cook dinner the one evening I was there. Would definitely stay here again. A bit far from city center.
