Not recommeded for light sleepers.

Great location however, sleepless nights because of noise from nearby restaurants, discotecas, people partying in the streets until 3.00am every night. Also, the bed was so soft which added to the restless sleep. TV was also not working. We would not stay here again. On the positive site, the onsight restaurant for breakfast was very good.

Amazing stay. Delicious breakfast option. Super friendly staff. Good location. Only upset was that during checkout....they call housekeeping via radio, to do a room check and items count and what not.....and they and us did not realize, that we forgot 3 brand new pillows laying on the floor of room. Call from HK came back 10-4 and so we lost those. Just weird to do a check but not notice extra items....but should you take something from their mini fridge or snack bar.....they will notice right away. I mean, it 8 pillows per room and at count you see 11, should raise attention. But partially this one was on us

This property is in a fantastic location, close to restaurants, bars, shops, and situated in a lively, safe neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Ana Maria at the front desk is simply fantastic and provides top-notch service to guests.

There are many very nice things about the Eutopiq Hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the breakfast options are good. The location in Laureles is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés within an easy walk. We had two rooms and spent five nights in the hotel and also learned of its limitations. 1. The rooms on the second floor, at least our rooms number 202 and 203 were noisy, particularly when they started preparing for breakfast around 5:30. We were woken up every morning. The noise was even worse on Saturday night when they held a wedding reception in the restaurant. We weren’t invited but the thumping music in our room made it sound like we were right there. It lasted until late into the night and there was no warning provided in advance. The bottom line is you should not accept a room on the second floor if you want to sleep beyond early morning. 2.While the breakfast options were good and varied, service at breakfast was inconsistent and often poor. Coffee generally arrived well after we ordered, and sometimes after we had our breakfast. Fruit and juice which were standard with the breakfast sometimes arrived before the entrée and often well after we had it. The notable exception was Juan Philippe who was attentive and provided excellent service the mornings he was there. 3. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was spotty and we often had to go to the restaurant to get reliable service.

Staff are very attentive. I would not pay extra for a room with balcony, you can hardly fit in the balcony. The hotel is located close to everything but the neighborhood is very noisy. Very loud music all night.
