They didn’t have any wash clothes; we had to bathe with towels. The WiFi kept going out, you have to walk across to another hotel for the free breakfast (they only give you 5 options). The hotel was clean, the bathroom was small

For my first visit to Colombia, I chose to stay at Firenze Lofts based on the description in Expedia and the recommendation of my friend who lives in Medellín. Our room was bright and open and had a beautiful view of the city. Having a small kitchen in the room was very convenient. The hotel was located in a residential area, so my friend and I got around mainly by Uber. However, the hotel provided transportation to El Poblado for its tour packages. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they gave me a workout with my Spanish. Overall, my experience at Firenze Lofts was very positive.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. I had a 2 bedroom and 2 bath very comfortable. Here you dont get fancy or expensive. Here you can feel free calm a place to knock out after your hangover 😉 😀. I love it
