They have a great services, the girls in the reception were really nice and helpful. The only thing I would like to add is that they need to improve the room services like cleaning and change the towels.

La propiedad no me gusto, mucho ruido dentro y fuera. No tienen desayuno, no aire acondicionado el closet es viejo , la habitacion huele a viejo no se como seran las otras , el hostal en general luce bien pero la habitación terrible tiene aspecto de sucio , para abrir la ducha un tornillo suelto tenias que arreglarlo para usarlo y lo peor no corresponde el precio con lo que ofrecen , no pude dormir ni descansar y para 2 noches 170.00 dollares caro . No tuve opcion por el festival de las flores en Medellin. Es una zona de ruidosa de musica hasta las 4am o mas. El personal de recepcion fueron atentos. He estado muchas veces en colombia en hoteles pequeños y grandes y nada se compara . Insatisfecha totalmente.
