Maybe I missed this, but the hotel is on a loud busy street. Clubs close late, cafes start music early. Rooms were small but clean. Staff was lacking hospitality. The neighborhood is great but do yourself and stay adjacent unless you prefer interrupted sleep.

The room was cute but a little small. The shower was nice and the addition of a spa downstairs and the sauna and jacuzzi and bar upstairs were great. It is located right in the district with all the bars and restaurants and you can definitely hear the noise at night, but we used a sound machine app on our phone and we were fine. They also provide ear plugs and a sound machine at the hotel and have a black out curtain.

had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. One thing to note is that the area can be quite loud at night, but the hotel is upfront about this at check-in. They provide ear plugs and a sound machine in the room, which definitely helped. Overall, a nice experience—just be prepared for some nighttime noise if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location, style and comfort.

We opted for the room with a view and balcony. The street scene and life below us was lively and fun, however, if you are a light sleeper, the front rooms or this hotel may not be for you. The partying doesn’t stop until 2 or 3.00AM. It didn’t bother me though. Everything about the room was fine - clean and comfortable.

Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made a difference. One particular moment that really stood out was when I realized I had left behind a 14k gold medal after checking out. I was incredibly impressed by how quickly and professionally the staff responded. Thanks to their honesty and efficiency, I was able to recover the item without any issue—a rare and much-appreciated gesture that speaks volumes about the integrity of the team here. Excelente localizacion a minutos de Parque Lleras y a minutos de Provenza. Muy seguro. Aproximado 8-9 minutos caminando a parque del poblado. El hotel esta muy lindo y la habitacion, areas comunes y rooftop. Unico incoveniente que resulto no serlo es que el cuarto no tienen armario para maletas.

Experience

Overall experience it was good but with one detail. I brought the Person that was picking me up at the airport to the room, she was just taking me to the hotel and help with luggage and the front desk texted me that she could not be there. I don’t understand why because she was not gonna stay. I found this very upsetting cause I was a paying customer and the person was not going to stay over.

I loved the location, all the shops, cafes and restaurants on the street and the cafe and spa in the hotel. The staff was amazing and I had no trouble with any noise. Will definitely be staying here again!
