Me gusto mucho el Hotel. En mi opinion deberia tener un safacon en las habitaciones asi como Horno Microhondas; ya que uno esta acostumbrado a encontrar esto en las habitaciones que regularmente uno alquila. Adicional, aunque es algo que creo ya no pueden arreglar, la percha es un poco pequeña e incomoda. El personal, el servicio, muy bueno. Definitivamente volveria a alojarme en el mismo.

Enjoyed stay

Well equipped and clean rooms, although small I have everything needed. On the roof nice gy, swimming pool and bar, although it wasn't open yet. No breakfast onsite but several cafes next door offering good range of options. Nice area.

AWESOME HOTEL!

My stay at Heiss Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff made me feel welcome, ensuring a smooth check-in and always being available to assist with any needs. The room was beautifully designed spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with an amazing view that made waking up each morning a delight. The hotel's location is perfect, with a variety of great restaurants just steps away, offering plenty of dining options. Additionally, being so close to the metro station made exploring the city effortless. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, Heiss Hotel provides the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

Just stayed in partial days of the reserved and all the days were consistent with good service , had a balcony room with view to the city great view, to the mountains the facilities all you can request of a nice hotel. near restaurants and the metro. everyday cleaning, staff always with service and a smile. Recommended. In a good spot in medellin. and they are improving the hotel.

After reading a few other reviews online, I was very hesitant about booking the property however, overall I’m glad I did. The location is great there’s a nice spa on premises and 3 or 4. Restaurants. The roof top bar and lounge area is nice with beautiful views of the city. I didn’t have the opportunity to experience the spa or the restaurants, but I was told by other guests that they had great experience . The rooms are small and decorated nicely . The only issue that, I agree with from previous reviews is that the walls are very thin so you hear everything from next door. The front desk staff was OK. No one went above and beyond or asked if everything was OK or not. Overall, from a scale from 1 to 10 I would give this property 8. I would recommend this hotel but keep in mind of the noise level from the neighboring rooms as well as the restaurants downstairs that play music at night. I stayed on the third floor, so I’m not sure how it would be on a higher floor. thanks
