I chose this hotel based on the photos they posted, but the photos are completely misleading and do not reflect reality. The hotel is in very poor condition. My room had mold and rust everywhere—even the refrigerator was rusty. The bedsheets were dirty and yellow, which made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. I had booked a one-week stay but could only tolerate staying one night. After checking out, I contacted Expedia, but neither Expedia nor the hotel refunded my money. Despite staying only one night, I was charged for the entire reservation. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It started off pretty good. And then a second guest arrived. A local resident of the city I might add. All he had was a digital copy of his identification. They wouldn’t accept it. They wouldn’t let him check in. So that was the end of that. The next hotel had no problem with that type of identification so disaster was averted. I could go on but I think I’ve made the point. Ohh by the way the room was already paid for. Got ripped off too.

The area was i would say ok, bc it was in el poblado, every night there were people screaming, laughing, being very loud until 4@m, facilities are in need of updates, no phone in the room, tv was not working, we ask to have it checked, nobody came, matress were hard as rock, no closet, etc…
