Este hotel superó mis expectativas. Era la primera vez que lo visitaba y me gustó mucho. Está accesible a tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de interés solo caminando. El personal es extremadamente amable, atenta y servicial. Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños y tuvieron el detalle de regalarme una torta y dejarme una felicitación en el cuarto. El desayuno era variado y delicioso. Sin duda, volvería a visitar este hotel.

Old hotel with hidden charges and front desk staff who don’t even know what the hotel offers. They send information about airport transportation through text messages, but the help desk isn’t even aware of it. This is not a hotel worth staying at — they barely offer more than just a bed.

Great place Great area the best location in Medellín shopping restaurants walking distance public transportation or private parking great breakfast and had meals at the bar and restaurant in evening were very delicious, beautiful setting outside for restaurant and bar, The staff is very friendly and plenty to tend to your needs. Many speak English I had the Jr suite and was very nice Showers are nice plenty of pressure and hot water large bed but could have a little better mattress for my preference. You may be around Colombia Royalties Tv, Movie stars Models Politicians VIP’s of nation’s business influencers and HPP offers great tours of Colombia away from the city on very nice buses pick-up and drop-off at the hotel. Secured and well staffed and you can get good sleep because it’s very quiet area after busy day of activities. Room service offer until 12:00am they have a mini fridge with cold drinks and chips, peanuts, candy in room. I have and will book another stay with this great place in Medellín.

Ihad an excellent stay at Hotel Poblado Plaza. The staff were very welcoming and always attentive, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of fresh options, and the location in El Poblado is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and safe to walk around. The room was excessively dark--poor lighting, terrible lighting in the bathroom. AND worst of all was the mattress. It was hard like cement. Staff put the comforter from the duvet over the mattress and left me two stiff, heavy wool-like blankets. Staff never brought a new comforter. I slept poorly. I do not recommend this hotel.

Quiero destacar especialmente el trato amable y atento de Yadis en recepción, la impecable gestión de Lina Marcela en administración, y la dedicación de Pahola, la camarera, quien cuidó cada detalle durante nuestra estancia. También merecen un reconocimiento los meseros y botones, siempre dispuestos con una sonrisa y un servicio impecable. El desayuno es delicioso, variado y servido con esmero. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien equipadas. Y el room service… simplemente sin igual.
