My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to poor management and a lack of accountability for their own errors. I had reserved and received confirmation for a king room with a jacuzzi and a city view. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the room had been double-booked and there was nothing they could do. I was instead placed in a standard room with a view of a neighboring building.
After persistent efforts, I was able to speak with the manager, Senefelder Guzman, who eventually agreed over the phone and email to issue a full refund within five business days. Unfortunately, after the five-day period, I was informed that I would only receive a partial refund (30%), less than half of what I originally paid.
To make matters worse, as I was leaving, I spoke with another guest who was experiencing the exact same issue during check-in.
I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this property and consider alternative accommodations to save yourself time, stress, and disappointment.
