The front desk staff, the bartender Jose, and the cleaning staff were excellent. The restaurants in site and on the roof were great as well, and it was great to have a healthy foods restaurant on site as well. Clean, beautiful views, staff was friendly and armed guard (felt safe). Had many amenities. Disliked: paid in full and had 2 people listed. The second guest wasn’t able to make it. Since my second guest did not check-in with me at time of arrival, second guest was no longer honored, unless I paid an additional cost.

We had an amazing stay at the Landmark Hotel in Colombia. The room was absolutely beautiful, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and sweet from start to finish. They even helped put us in contact with someone to pick us up the day we arrived, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. The hotel has two beautiful restaurants right on site, 24-hour access to the gym, there’s a pool, and jacuzzi, as well as a laundry room, everything you could possibly need. I truly can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff, room was very clean. Loved having the filtered water in the room! My room had some normal wear and tear but nothing egregious. I was staying with a group but in a room by myself and felt very safe.

Amazing service by the staff! They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were super friendly and welcoming right off the bat and brought us a tea kettle and extra pillows to the room. There is construction happening near the property but we asked for a quiet room and it was just fine. Great location too!
