Overall the staff are so courteous, the place is a relaxing place to stay with armonios environment. Confortable bedrooms and also has the facility to wash clothes whenever needed, and they also gives you the laundry detergent with no need to spend on it. I definitively will return.

The room was clean. I just had an issue with the door going to the balcony and it was fix right away. The personal at the reception (Daniel) was very helpful from the moment we arrived and so was the bellman. The only thing I wouldn't advice on is to add breakfast to the stay. The variety is minimum, and the service takes forever. There are many other places you could go and enjoy Colombian food.

Me hubiera gustado que todos los empleados ( no algunos nada más) estuvieran adiestrado en lo que es el servicio personalizado. Ejemplo que te llamen por tu nombre cuando estás pasando por el lobby del Hotel o cuando bajarás al desayuno y más cuando tu estadía es de más de 7 días. Sí fueron serviciales, pero aún les falta bastante en lo que son los detalles. En general no estuvo mal y lo recomendaría, pero sí deben mejorar. Por otra parte, para ser un Hotel nuevo habían paredes con pintura descascaradas por ejemplo en el baño de mi habitación (513).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly Exceptional Stay – They Made My Birthday Unforgettable! The Landmark Hotel absolutely deserves every star! This was our second time staying here, and once again, they went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming and kind — the hospitality here is unmatched. A special thank-you to Freddy, Daniel, and Alex, and of course the rest of the incredible staff (I wish I could remember all of your names!) for making me and my boyfriend feel so special during my birthday stay. Every little detail was thoughtful, and they truly went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, the service is flawless, and the energy of the entire hotel just feels like home. This is our second visit, and it definitely won’t be our last — we can’t wait to come back again soon! The Rooftop area and pool is also a huge plus with a hot tub! Thank you Guys once again.
