Very nice onsite staff, unit and cafe. However I had major inconvenience because the elevator was broken, I left because of it. I needed it for elderly that couldn't climb stairs for 7 floors. Management was not available to answer questions about the repair. It should had been done in less time or overnight. I was there 3 nights and they said it was going to take 4 more days. They reimbursed me for the remaining of my stay but definitely would not hurt to lower the nightly price specially because before the booking I specifically asked about parking, elevator and dryer. Once I asked for money back because I could not stay there, I was never able to get 2 ladies 89 and 91 years old to the unit, they offered another property but far from the original place. Sent an email and was never responded.
