Two bedroom Duplex.  Full AC.  2 and half bath.  Washer and dryer in the apartment.  Hot Tub in the living room.  Modern Kitchen.  3 flat screens.  CLOSE to everything.  A few blocks from either Park.  Market is across the street.  Your a block from the supermarket 5 from the metro. 4 from Park Lleras. Wifi has just been increased here but actual speed can very. There is no extra charge for guests.

Good place bad owner

Management was terrible and offensive.. I will never stay with this owner again and don't recommend it for anyone.. Money was stuck in the safe and they didn't come until 2 days later to open it.. ruined half my trip .. location is nice its strictly bad Management.. If I was to see the property manager in person it wouldn't be a nice meeting .. He said all Americans are spoiled entitled SOB's bc I complained about wanting my safe open that died with my items in it.. Don't hate the blue passport hate your situation .. they take an additional deposit when you get there.. make sure you pay it through VRBO or they can keep your money... I complained to VRBO immediately when I got there but they did very little because they had no control of the situation.. you can get better for less at a hotel with no guests policy
