BEWARE: PLEASE DON'T STAY AT URBIT.. Terrible experience over ask but at the end I had a horrible checkout at this hotel, as I was checking out the front desk asked the housekeepers to inspect the room to make sure everything was good Literally A minute after he told them to inspect the room the housekeeper told him that there was a missing hand towel from the room so he said he was going to charge me for it!! Because according to him many guests take them. So that's gives them the right to treat every guest like a thief without throughout checking the room first. I was very upset as I didn't steal anything and I refused to pay for a hand towel that I didn't take so I asked him to look through my luggage and he went through it, he looked through and confirmed there was no hand towel in my luggage! I felt so humiliated as I was treated like a thief over a hand towel! it was the most disgusting thing anyone can go through! Especially since there was another guest watching everything. In reality they are the real thieves because they accuse guests of t taking items from the room just to charge them. I've stayed in hotels all over the world and this is the craziest thing I've ever encountered! Plus they charge you a $12,000 tax for each day you stay there, strange as no hotel in Medellin has done this before, that's their way of getting your credit card on record to charge for items they claim safe missing since I had booked my room through Expedia avoid this place

Very clean and modern hotel with great views of the city on the higher floors. Excellent FREE made to order breakfast included - 8 different dishes to choose from and 3 beverages. There is a small coffee shop in the lobby as well so you don't need to go far to be caffeinated. The Laureles neighborhood is my favorite in Medellin. It is a safe and walkable area with tons of great restaurants. The Metro is about a 20-minute walk, but I had no issue getting Uber to other points in the city. Staff was very friendly, and they have security in the lobby in the evening. Just a heads up - you cannot bring guests into your room unless they are registered and attached to the reservation - most likely to curb the sex tourism that sadly still plagues Medellin. An added level of comfort if you ask me.

Everything is close, you can actually walk it’s a busy street so make sure get the higher floors for room less noise. The staffs are really great!! If I get a chance to go back and vacation to Medellin, I would go back to urbit.

Desde la llegada. Fue un mal rato Te cobran Fit. por " seguridad ". La cual no se ve. Y no. Lo mencionan. Al hacer la reservación están. Remodelando y eso está súper. Pero desde las 6 am escuchas ruido ( deberían tener un horario mejor para eso o que cierres operaciones minestra. Terminan ) Cierran el elevador por. Supuestamente mantenimento y es para uso de la misma contrición Sus habitaciones son tal y cual. Las fotos las empleadas de mantenimiento tienen 20/10 pero fuera de eso no le recomiendo a nadie. Great location. Safe and nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars walking distance. Cute coffee shop on the first floor and good breakfast at the restaurant next door. There is a mall about a 8 min walk away. They have a laundry service that was very affordable and quick. Would definitely stay again.
