had an amazing stay at Uukam Hotel in Medellín! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything you need. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable you can tell they really care about quality and attention to detail. Everything felt fresh, well-designed, and relaxing. I honestly looked forward to coming back to the room every night. Breakfast was another highlight delicious, fresh, and with great variety. It was the perfect way to start each day. The location is also super convenient. It’s close to everything you need, which made getting around Medellín easy and stress-free. Overall, this was a 5-star experience in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín!

after an afternoon out I returned to find insects flying everywhere in the room. Like mosquitos but smaller. I went to the lobby and complained. Nice lady, but all she did was get a can of raid, spray everything nad leave me in the same room with dead bugs and a smell of raid

Hotel has potential but currently is a train wreck. Confused lobby. Breakfast area is too small. Breakfast starts too late and with the small space is full to fast. No batteries in the remotes

Muy limpio y bonito el lugar. Buen trato a los huéspedes. Al hospedaje necesita mas comodidades para quienes se alojen. Como por ejemplo: en la habitación cafe, microondas, hielo y teléfono en la habitación, para la comodidad y necesidades de las personas. Asegurar cajas fuertes a la pared ya que estaba suelta.

Fatal desde que entramos Nos Dieron la Habitacion que no era El hotel estava en contrucion La habitación llena de polvo en semento puro Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitacion para una reparada y exacta a la que se reselvo y nada.Nos querian cobrar una Botella de whisky que nunca estuvo en la habitacion para al final decirnos que se la llevaron los mismo que estan remodelando Decias que no querias que entraran a la habitacion y aun asi entravan hacer cambios…. En Fin Para nada que lo recomiendo jamas
