There was a noise issue that meant that sleeping at night was an issue. I don’t feel like the people at reception took it seriously and initially said it was because of the jacuzzi from another room being used. The issue was only resolved, (a room change), because we had to take the receptionist to the room so that she could hear the sound and even then, the energy was as though we were annoying her. It’s a beautiful hotel within walking distance of nice restaurants, but I wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

Great staff and breakfast

The booking agency told us that we would be given a room upgrade on both nights due to our VIP status. The hotel didn’t do that on either night. The rooms we had were extremely small, with no window, and noisy at night. We don’t think that the rooms we reserved. But the staff were great, and the breakfast was wonderful, which compensated for the room disappointments.

Modern hotel

The hotel room was really nice and modern. The room was quite small, but not too small. The shower was really nice. The hotel provides water that you can easily refill on your own. The only issue I had was that on the Friday night I stayed, they had incredibly loud techno music from their rooftop bar until midnight. It was so loud! Other than that, the hotel was really nice.

Okay stay, not worth the price

Pros: - Location: reasonable, a few restaurants nearby, like Lazeez Mediterranean Grill. - Breakfast: was delicious, order-in style. - Building: nice and new. Cons: - Rooms: was very small. No paper towel provided. The hot water would take forever to work. - Staff: were friendly, but they appeared inexperienced young folks who did not have adequate training on tourism. They were often confused or unsure. There was no consistency in the service received. View: none! The only window in the room overlooked the wall of next building. They have a rooftop lounge, but no proper view of medellin, to be honest. Breakfast: We were disappointed to find out that apparently fruit was included, but they did not offer us on our first day. Waffle was also burnt. Overall, it was a good stay, but nothing was spectacular.

Awesome staff members

The staff member from reception to cooker and janitors are extremely nice. We don’t speak Spanish but with the Google translator they provided us all useful information we need, highly recomend

1) Safe not attached to the wall or to furniture, at the very least, 2) No refrigerator, 3) Cockroaches, 4) Party (super noisy) on floor below. Staff initial response was deplorable: unreasonable excuses, no options or answers. Carolina, later, tried to help moving us to another room. We accepted a queen size bed, instead of the king one we had payed for, for a cleaner room with an attached safe, but still no refrigerator, table, and noisy. Extremely disappointed 4 night stay for a Deluxe Suite! AVOID AT ALL COST!
